At Dorian Live Merch Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fashion finds. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  After your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
